Juniors - training on Thursdays - Feb 2011

New & returning players can register at Associates Clubhouse
(Odern Cresent, Swanbourne) :
Please register early!!!
New players only will require:-
• A copy of your birth certificate/passport
• a digital photo which will be taken at the Club
• Registration is NOT POSSIBLE without proof of age.
ALL Registration forms MUST be signed by ParentsGuardians at the CLUB HOUSE
FEES (TBA for 2011): 7-12’s: $150 13-16’s: $170
($20 discount for second and subsequent child/ren)
TRAINING - EVERY THURSDAY
7-12’s: 4.45pm till 5.45pm
13-16’s: 5.15pm prompt
Parents/Guardians:- we may need your help during the season. Please contact Ellen Tolmie, on surfer.bears@bigpond.com 9286 4522 0422 935 740 if you can assist.
