Aston leave it late...
...to maintain unbeaten record
All players arrived at minster for 2:30. All expecting to turn up get changed and warm up. Unfortunately it didn't go that swimmingly due to miscommunication. No one picked up the kit, Dave stepped up as management and raced back to Aston to collect it.
Once the kit had finally arrived all players and got onto the pitch waiting eagerly for Dave and joes team talk. All Dave was worried about was the kit situation, he then finally got onto the team.
Def- Dave luke Matt bully
Mid- Steve joe luke nick

When the game began everyone could see that it was going to be a tough game for the both sides. Silly fouls made by both sides lead to the opening goal by Aston, a 35 yard miscued free kick from Wooder caught the keeper flat footed And looped into the top corner. 0:1 Aston
Minster soon recovered and took advantage of some sloppy defending by striking from out side the box making josh make a good save dinky to be followed in by the striker. 1:1
Much to Astons delight they never let that error get in top of them, through a quick breakaway and some good link up play between jack and Steve, Aston were awarded a penalty which jack manage to convert. 1-2 Aston
Minster managed to get back on level terms when then turned defence quickly into attack with a break away allowing the winger to carry the ball only to be met by Wooder in the 18 yard box, where he lost control of the ball causing him to what we all thought commit a foul knee high on Wooder but the ref calling play on, the ball kindly fell at the strikers feet. 2:2
Half time: 1 change made at half time nick off Ryan on.
Dave's team talk to Ryan was his usual saying shoot on sight, which Ryan responded to only moments in when he sent a rocket the keepers way only for him to parry it away
10 mins in to the second half Aston were forced to make a substitution due to Nathan pulling his groin- Dave on for Nathan
The game started to open up making it and open game creating end to end stuff, causing the game to turn feisty.
Minster took the lead with 20 mins to go making it 3:2. This then spurred Aston on to pick up the tempo and put more effort in.
Aston had a flurry of corners which caused minster all sorts of problems, which lead into one effort on goal being stopped on the line by the defence men. Everyone in the pitch saw except Dave and the ref.
Entering the last 5 mins Aston sent an onslaught towards the minster goal, this onslaught paid off the jack went on a maisey run along the minster box only to be fouled.
Wooder and Ryan both lined the ball up, nobody knew who was going to take it. Wooder approached the ball only to continue his run over the ball to be followed up by Ryan who stroked the ball into the bottom corner. 3:3
Full time whistle went making that 3 wins and 1 draw for the season making that an unbeaten start.
