We currently run a 1st XV in M4W and a 2nd XV in the Greater Birmingham Merit League. The club benefits from a diverse player population with a young 1st XV. The club also operates a thriving youth section inclusive of a Colts set up and are keen to bed in a "playing way" designed and led by the appointee.

The appointee will be required to run 2 training sessions per week and attend all 1st XV league and cup fixtures.

In addition to a solid C.V and set of UKCC coaching qualifications (L2 or above) we are looking for an individual with local connections able to establish a foothold at local universities and multi-sports establishments to strengthen our presence in the local area.

The new Coach will hopefully be available to overlap with the current Coaches in order to meet and familiarise themselves with the current players, coaches, and volunteers who help run a successful and friendly rugby club.
