Dudley 7s - the downside

After the excellent performance by AOE at Dudley, assisted by a couple of Marcus's team mates from the Barbados National Side, comes the bad news.

Luke Cragg, son of Colin and Nephew of ex 1st XV Captain Pete, has suffered a fracture to his finger - incurred whilst helping out Sutton who arrived at the tournament with too few players.

Ben Harris, who marked his 1st XV debut last season by scoring a try against Leek last season was also in the wars, with the initial prognosis being that he has a fractured elbow. An X-Ray today should conform the extent of the injury.

Our commiserations go to both payers, along with our hopes for a speedy recovery and return to the playing field
