Of course some matches may change in due course, and details of where the friendlies below will be played will also be nearer the game dates, which you can find on this website.

First up for our pre-season schedule is Ilford away, most likely to be played on a 3G/4G pitch. Ilford have been going superbly under Allan Fenn and last season guided the Foxes to a fifth placed finish in the Essex Senior League. This season they look set to better that with strong additions in the backroom staff and will prove tough opposition.

Next up is Buckhurst Hill away, much like last season when we played them in our pre-season friendlies, where the Millers came out winning 4-1.

Then a trip to face newly made Ryman South side Cray Wanderers. After play-off heartache to now Ryman Premier side Harlow Town, Cray were then moved to the Ryman South, where now they are the favourites for promotion.

Two more away friendlies will then follow; Takeley who last season finished 18th in the Essex Senior League and also a trip to St Neots Town who finished 20th in the Southern Premier League, clinching survival by four points.

The Millers in our last pre-season friendlies at Mill Field have two home games lined up, welcoming newly promoted, National South side East Thurrock United to Mill Field on the 26th of July. Followed by another midweek friendly at home to Ryman Premier League side Billericay Town.

In between the two home matches, we have an away trip to Corinthians, the Kent based side who play in the Southern Counties East Football League. The league that saw Greenwich Borough promoted to the Ryman South for the 2016/17 campaign.

We then round off our pre-season campaign with two more away games. On Thursday 4th of August we play Frenford Senior, a team who we also played in our 2015/16 pre-season. And then rounding off on Saturday 6th of August at another Ryman Premier League side, Wingate and Finchley.
