This Friday (19th October) we host top of the table Basildon United, we will have hope for winning this game after a brace from Tom Richardson helped the Millers win last Friday night in the FA Trophy, helping us to achieve our greatest run in that competition since 1984.

That win last Friday means that Basildon will be fired up more than normal for this game and have made a signing bringing in Toby Aromolaran from local side Tilbury, and he will add more quality and more pace to a top Basildon team.

The visitors are yet to taste defeat in the league and have a healthy gap at the top of the table.

Basildon have won three away games at Tilbury, Witham and a fantastic 3-0 win away at Dereham, last Away game they fell behind at an in-form Brentwood Town but came back to draw 1-1, but could’ve easily won that game.
