Junior Rugby Ethos

At Avonmouth Old Boys RFC we encourage all our junior players and their supporters to enjoy the game of rugby and to play/support in the true spirit of the game.

We will:

Encourage all players of either sides
Applaud good play from either side
Applaud Teamwork, Discipline & Sportsmanship
Never abuse players
Never abuse match officials or their assistants
Never abuse supporters from opposing clubs

The Club is currently a member of the RFUs Seal Of Approval and as such, we have been required to sign up to the Code of Conduct regarding the abuse of match officials.

Briefly the code states:

match officials must not be verbally abused or physically assaulted, intimidated or suffer racial or sexual harassment
