Many lads were sat at home last night, others were training at the club while one lad was on fire at Ashton Gate.
1st XV winger Brandon Pettit was selected for the annual Bristol Bears United Vs UKAF fixture. The club represented last year by club captain Kei Bergh and Charlie Reynolds are proud to again be represented by young Brandon. No stranger to the score sheet on a Saturday for 'The Mouth' Brandon came off the bench in the fixture to notch up 2 tries in a 30-22 Bears victory.
He has come away from the experience with alot of plaudits from many onlookers from within combination but has made one request to Club Chairman George Ralph, that we have underfloor heating installed in our changing rooms at Barracks Lane because 'It was lush on your feet...'
We would like to congratulate Brandon on his appearance in the Bears United squad but remind him it would be dead handy if he could notch up a few more for us this weekend....
Well Done Brandon
