This weekend while many games fell foul of the miserable weather 4 of our juniors under 16's were able to lace up their boots and play at the Bristol Grammar Schools 4G sports facility.
Matthew Harrington & Flynn Dolan were selected to play for a Somerset u16's side Vs Bristol Schools A.
While later that day Adam Thorne & Soloman Taufa-O'Brien faced off against each other as Adam represented Bristol Schools and Sol represented another Somerset u16's side, Somerset won both games in monsoon like conditions.

All boys were well represented by parents and under 16's coaches. Club Head coach Dan Cox who is part of the DPP and PDG coaching staff was present also and was impressed by the Avonmouth boys.
