Friday 13th is viewed as an unlucky day for most. That wasn't the case for our U12's who came out 40-0 victors over a courageous Weston Hornets outfit.
The game was played in fantastic spirit and was a great advertisement for young local talent.
Avonmouth's forwards were direct and ruthless in there rucking and ball carrying with notable performances from Ben Dellazari, Lewis Davies & Matthew Chudley. This provided the backs with quick ball & allowed them to put on quite the spectical for the many supporters from both clubs! All in all a great team performance with many young lads standing out, A tip of the cap to Weston Hornets who never gave up and battled through to the final whistle making the game more competitive at times than the score line suggests....
