Club Development - Club Development Plan

Club Development Plan Update April 2011
You should all be aware of the CDP by now. We propose to make improvements and refurbishment to the clubhouse which will result in:
- two new changing rooms with integral showers and toilets
- larger hall area to seat up to 200 people
- new members bar area
- new pitched roof covering the whole building.
The challenge is to raise £350k to put these plans in place. We will do this by means of grants, loans, club investment but most of all fundraising. We have made a great start and our thanks go to those who have contributed so far. The Buy a Brick wall is our main driver. You can see how it is progressing. It will raise £50k when full. We have had some very generous donations already for which we are exceedingly grateful. We need all members to keep this in focus during the coming year and contribute where you can. It may not be possible individually but you can always team together to Buy a Brick.
This is not a pipedream. Together we can make this happen and it will benefit all club members and sustain our facility for many years to come. Our ambitious timeline is to start work next summer so please get involved and make this a goal the whole club can work toward.
Please contact me if you want any more details.
Please see Documents folder for a copy of the drawings.
