Coaching and Coaching Education

The development of our coaching workforce is critical to the success of our club both on and off the pitch. Good coaches can make rugby an exciting, fun and rewarding game for players of all abilities, securing a life-long love for the sport. We encourage all our coaches to undertake both formal CPD run by the RFU and informal CPD though reading books, talking to other coaches, being mentored and watching videos. Also, we encourage our coaches to register for RFU licenses and to participate in SportsCoach UK courses.
