Welcome to Aylesbury RFC's Under 10's age group!
Our U10s group (school year 5 in September 2011) are an exciting squad of players. We aim to create a coaching environment that provides an appropriate level of challenge to players of all abilities.
We stress teamwork, togetherness, discipline and respect over winning, teaching the boys to judge their play based upon their performance, not the score line.
Some of the boys have been together since U6s, but the majority have only played for 1 or 2 seasons.
We currently get about 20 players turning up each weekend. Our aim is to double this number so that we can eventually field two full XV teams by the time we reach the Junior section.
