The annual end of season dinner is booked in for the 14th of May. We will once again be in the Town Hall with the Manners providing the food.

The cost will be £37.50 a head.

The money can be transferred directly into the club account. The details are; Account No: 11275467. Sort Code: 16-12-24. Once the money has been transferred send me an e-mail with the amount and reference used to jimmyoneill@hotmail.co.uk so that I can tell the treasurer. If you can't do this then contact me and we can sort an alternative.

The menu is as follows;

Starters
A. Tuna niçoise, marinated fresh tuna with a green bean, olive, anchovy and potato salad with lemon herb dressing.
B. Pea and ham soup (available without the ham for a vegetarian option)
C. Buffalo mozzarella, green pepper salsa, rocket salad and balsamic dressing
D. Chicken, carrot & tarragon terrine, with fennel salad, carrot puree and watercress

Main Course
E. Slow braised beef cheek in red wine and thyme with mustard mash
F. Roast breast of chicken, stuffed with sage and bacon, dauphinoise potatoes and chicken jus.
G. Pan fried marinated swordfish, lemon grass and red pepper rice and sweet chilli dressing
H. Spring vegetable risotto, with fresh herbs and parmesan shavings

Dessert
I. Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce and clotted cream
J. Baked vanilla cheesecake, with red berry compot
K. White chocolate panacotta, raspberry jelly and shortbread biscuit
L. Selection of cheese and biscuits

Make your selection by putting your full name as you would like it to appear on your place card and the letters that correspond to your food choice and send them to jimmyoneill@hotmail.co.uk.

The venue only has tables of 8. Let me know if there are people that you would like to sit next to, I will try my best to accommodate.

Of course the dress code is black tie.

I want all orders in by the 7th of May. I know this is a shorter time than usual but it shouldn't be impossible.
