We are now at the part of the season which will make or break us

Gents
I feel that the time has come for me to say a few words regarding our last few performances and you know that I don't mince my words but as you also know I'm not in the habit of naming names but as the article goes on you will have no doubt that I'm not happy at all..

I have said all along that if we stay together as a squad not as individuals or clicks within the team we will in no doubt be amongest the silverware and with the results that we are still getting there should be no cause to moan
But believe you me there is plenty to moan about WE WON'T WIN A DAMN THING if you insist on not playing as a team there are a select few who in my opinion are only interested in either their own performance or how some-one else is playing there is nothing in their game that shouts out that a result for us is the most important part of Saturday not who what how if!!!
When players or myself offer advice or maybe shout at you don't think sod it i'll play the way I do for other sides "that seems to be alright for them" well I'm telling you now it doesn't for my side I'm all for as you know playing with heart, expressing yourself but not for personal glory we are in this together
Which leads me to the next thing that seems to be happening is that one or two of you are bringing off the field baggage into the game with you now I don't care what or you have done for the club it is all about the ressies the starting XI plus the subs plus me
I want to really go for the double and I hope you do but we really need to get back to our old self's where every-one enjoyed the banter before and after.
The game against sarratt was without doubt showed what is happening to us we can still win games by not performing at our best but that is not going to be good enough unless we step up and re-unite as a squad

It is hard to leave players out the game against sarratt a player didn't deserve not to come on but he took it on the chin and was available for the next game that's what I want

We have got to where we are because we have been playing the better football in our section we should be going for the treble but I will settle for the double as it was in the 2007/08 season that Baldock as a club has won anything
When you arrive at the ground home or away that is when it starts every-one together out for the warm up setting up the home pitch all listening to pre match and half time team talk and then enjoying the after game banter all as a squad

I am telling you now that I will sub players that are in my opinion not doing it for the sake of the team because I want us to win win win

Finally I'm doing this now rather on Saturday as I want all of you to have a good long think about it
So starting from Saturday lets get back on track
Come on you reds
