Team Of The Month
Bamber Bridge have now won the accolade for a second time this season after Neil Crowe's team were named as September's First Division North performance winners. This time around they recorded five wins, a draw and a single defeat in their final outing of the month, last Saturday's 4-3 reverse at Droylsden's Butchers Arms.
Crowe's side won August's fair play laurels and after emerging as the best behaved side in the division again in March, they'll also be presented with a bottle of Pol Roger champagne on Saturday to toast their success when they host Ossett Albion.
League director Neville Wigglesworth will make the presentation at the Sir Tom Finney Stadium after Brig narrowly won the award, edging out Spennymoor Town after all but one of their victories came away from home.

Brig' were named on Thursday after topping their divisional fair play table which are based on EVO-STIK NPL fixtures played divided by points for yellow and red cards. Where clubs are tied on points, marks awarded by referees over the month for behaviour in the technical area are taken into account.
Brig were presented with an inscribed certificate to mark their achievement as well as a bottle of Pol Roger champagne to toast their success.
