Autumn / Winter Touch-Rugby is GO!!

The emphasis at first will be on getting fit, keeping fit and having some FUN! The session are open to all women and men who aren't in an age-grade side and will start at 7.00 pm. We'll retire to a bottle-bar under the grandstand by 8.30 pm and changing rooms and showers will be available.

Simply turn up on Friday or feel free to let Gareth Thomas know you're coming along on garth102@hotmail.com As the weeks progress we'll maybe take it more seriously (!) with O2 hopefully stepping in to sponsor the activity.
