Members can’t help but have noticed that our Club has enjoyed incredible success in recent years both on and off the field. Most visible of course have been the efforts and achievements of our players across every age-group, together with their coaches, administrators, supporters and parents.

Less visible perhaps are the activities of a small group of volunteers who have conceived and delivered projects such as the new Clubhouse, ground lease improvements, refurbished changing rooms and the new perimeter road. The focus of the group has embraced community interests, relationship management, capital funding and ensuring that the Club is integrated both with local government and RFU affiliation.

This Strategy Group is now poised to define further exciting Club developments for the coming years and is seeking new faces to refresh and sustain momentum. The town of Banbury continues to grow and our Club is exceptionally well placed to both benefit from and serve the local community.
