Senior pre-season starts 7pm Monday 21st July

Those that have been attending Perk's Thursday touch-rugby sessions will have a big advantage in the fitness stakes as Senior pre-season training gets underway.

All senior players should attend from 7pm to 9pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings during July and August. From September, the days will switch to Tuesdays and Thursdays. If that's all a bit complicated then just check the fixtures list.

And anyone claiming to be unavailable due to to injuries sustained jumping off a car roof............
