Another bright and sunny evening at Bodicote Park saw the summer skills sessions start with warms ups and stretching exercises led by Junior Belles captain Sophie W. This was followed by a drill with 3 players against 2 players so they could pass the ball into space to score a try under the watchful eye of summer skills sessions and U10's coach Tim Wheeler.
Following on from this exercise Head Coach Matt Goode ran some drills concentrating on footwork and running diagonal lines. Matt finished off the summer skills sessions by running a game which saw the players in groups of 4, passing the ball down the line with the last player touching down and running back to defend the line against the attacking players
