This week in training we were trained by Matt Goode, Keeli Wood with Charlie which meant of course we were not short on knowledge and experience in training! Our main focus was on general techniques such as 'taking pride in our passes' and being able to perform an effective tackle on each other. We did this through basic drills such as passing down the line and learning about the best ways to describe your location to your team mates which will really help us in a game situation (and help us learn the names of the newbies!)

It is so great to see the Junior Belles team expanding as quick as it has this season and we look forward to what is to come throughout the rest of the season!
