Colts pre-season dates confirmed

The sessions will be run alongside Seniors training and the Colts will join in with their drills as and when deemed appropriate by the Coaches.

Throughout the summer training sessions will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings and will start promptly at 7.00 pm.

Several of the Colts have already been enjoying the Thursday evening Touch-Rugby sessions. These will continue throughout the summer and the Colts are encouraged to try them out.

During the season Colts (and Senior) training will revert to the usual Tuesday and Thursday evenings, again from 7.00 pm.

As always, the latest training times and confirmed fixtures will be posted on the Club website.
