Charities and Good Causes
Banbury United work closely with charities in the local community. There are strong ties with Katharine House Hospice and Frank Wise School and the club looks to support them whenever it can and it is always a pleasure to work with them on different events.
The club has in recent years organised an annual brass band concert in Banbury in which the Frank Wise School and Katharine House Hospice have benefited from the proceeds. Confirmaton letters of donations to those Charities can be seen in the Documents section of this website
In addition the club enters the Buckingham Charity Cup each season, a competiton which raises over £2,000 per season for local charities. Katharine House Hospice is Banbury United's nominated Charity for this compeititon and therefore receives a portion of the competition proceeds.
