Former Aldershot Town and Crawley Town striker joins United

Striker Arron Wickham has joined the club after a spell with Isthmian League Premier Division side Grays Athletic.

The 20 year-old can also play in midfield, was with Peterborough United as a youth player and whilst there had “work experience” spells with Soham Town Rangers and Bishops Stortford. He left the Posh to move to Crawley Town in January 2012 and whilst with the League One side had loan spells at Hayes & Yeading, Lewes and Braintree Town.

After being released at the end of season 2012/13 he joined Aldershot Town playing in their first seven Conference National games of last season before moving to Hampton & Richmond Borough in November 2013. He then joined Grays Athletic on transfer deadline day last season.

Arron made his debut for Banbury at Hungerford last night coming on as a substitute at the start of the second half.
