United sign Swindon Town Goalkeeper Leigh Bedwell

The club can confirm that the paperwork has been completed to sign goalkeeper Leigh Bedwell on a month's loan from Swindon Town

19 year-old Leigh Bedwell (pictured) came through the junior ranks at Swindon and earned his first professional contract in the summer of 2012.

He made his Swindon Town first team debut in September 2012 at Preston North End when Paolo Di Canio decided when 2-0 down to replace starting custodian Wes Foderingham with the on the bench Bedwell.

Swindon have given permission for Leigh to play for Banbury in this season's FA Cup

Bedwell will replace the Northampton Town bound Ben McNamara
