Dear club member,
As club convenor I take my role very seriously, and the safety of our members’ children and visiting junior teams is paramount. Locks were installed on the electric meter room leading to the changing rooms. However, it has been reported to me that the combination lock is now missing; it may have been misplaced or is in someone's pocket. I'm therefore asking all coaching staff to check if they have inadvertently put it in their pocket and forgot to put it back. As you can appreciate, it’s not the cost that bothers me, it’s the potential danger it may pose to our children. To a child this cabinet is a magnet of hidden gems but with potentially deadly consequences for them. Oh, and by the way, to replace it does have a cost and, as paying members, it ultimately falls on you.
