Steve Ward (Wardy)
Steve retired from playing for Bank Top back in 2001 due to an horrific injury to his shoulder which resulted in him requiring a shoulder reconstruction. Since that injury Steve has supported the club in many ways, even taking some coaching responsibility for a short time, being the head of fundraising during the Division 5 glory years and finally as an avid supporter turning up to most games, home or away. This year he has found it harder to attend all games since joining the police force but he still gets to as many games as he can. A true Supporter with Bank Top at heart and very vociferous with a passion for letting the official know how to do his job! Long may his support continue!
