Second home game of the new year

This Saturday the Harriers play their second home game of the 2012 against old division 2 adversaries Crigglestone All Blacks. The two teams met at the beginning of the season on a nice sunny day but judging from the unsettled weather it will be a cold affair this time which is how we like it.

As always the game promises some lively, fast flowing, intense rugby with tough competition and good quality skills that will exceed any rugby union match.

Why not join us to watch quality rugby league for free and support your local club by purchasing a drink or snack pitchside while you enjoy the raw experience of rugby league up close!

The action starts at 2pm on Saturday at Queensbury School playing fields, just past the Queensbury Secondary School on Deanstones Lane.

For the full experience join us before and after in our headquarters at The Hare and Hounds Pub, Great Horton Road where landlord Tom Ryan and his lovely bar staff invite you for a Drink, pint or a soft drink with great a atmosphere.

All spectators new or old, are welcomed and encouraged. We have Hot and Cold drinks, hot and cold snacks, sweets, crisps and chocolates are available pitchside from our tea hut. Disabled access is available, please see Si Mitchell, Dave Flynn or the tea hut for access and information.

Hope to see you all there cheering us on!!
