Cup Weekend for all teams
Bargoed travel to Aberavon in the Swalec Cup this weekend, After fixtures in recent years against, Cardiff, Llanelli & Neath this will also be a tough game as Aberavon are currently 5th in the league. A strong squad has been picked so hopefully we will show the same endeavour as the previous encounters with the premiership sides.

Warriors are in a semi final of the cup against Dowlais, after not taking part last seasons cup, it will be nice if we can get to the final & win the cup for the 4th time in recent seasons.
Youth have got a Newbridge away County Cup.
