All new players welcome. Contact a member of the coaching staff below or feel free to turn up on a Sunday when there is a home fixture or training.
We will commence Pre-Season training on Friday August 8th at 6.30p.m. There will be a focus on fitness and conditioning through games and exercise for the first couple of sessions before we move onto some skill based work. Please make sure that all players have sufficient fluids with them to stay hydrated.
Sessions will be
August 8th 6.30-8.00p.m.
August 15th 6.30-8.00p.m.
August 22nd 6.30-8.00p.m.
We will then move to Sundays from August 31st at 10.30 (Registration day as well)
