The content of this year’s conference will educate, up skill and prepare our clubs and schools for the implementation of the Age Grade Review (attached) in September 2016. It is strongly advised that all coaches, team managers, teachers and parents involved in mini and youth rugby attend the conference and we ask that you circulate this email to ensure this is possible. Follow up communications will follow in early May with details of how to register and a synopsis of each workshop.

Please see below an overview of the conference, with all elements free for Essex clubs and schools members:

8.30am = Arrival of delegates and breakfast served
9am – 11.30am = Putting Kids First Workshop
11.30am – 1.30pm = Kids First Age Grade CPD’s (U7s through to U12s running simultaneously)
1.30pm – 2pm = Lunch served
2pm – 3.30pm = Age Grade Review w/Q&A opportunity
3.30pm – 4.30pm = Saracens Developing Player Programme overview w/Q&A
4.30pm = Departure of delegates

As mentioned further details will follow in early May however we ask at this time you widely circulate the date of the conference throughout your membership to ensure your club and school are in attendance. For those involved in U13s – U16s rugby it is recommended you attend the two afternoon sessions of the conference as the information in these two items will be relevant to your age group.
