Barking 3's sealed the league title with a 62 - 11 win over Upminster 2's on Saturday while running in 10 tries on their way to victory.

Tries came from Scott Knowles (4), Nathan Barnham (3), Joe O'Leary, Darren bowles and Chris Steadman who also added 12 points with the Boot.

The Performance was really good from all players.
