Sun shines on 4-1 victory for last home game of the season

Barmouth ease past Llanfairpwll with a seven minute three goal spurt in second half.

A dogged performance by both weakened teams as Barmouth played for an hour with a one goal lead following Sion Lloyd's wonderful chip of the Llanfair PG keeper from 20 yards. Then goals from Ieuan Brooks on 67 minutes as he held off defenders and shot home from 15 yards, then George Sutherns 2 minutes later who also chipped the keeper from a suspiciously looking offside position, then a Stuart Rogers wonder-strike from 35 yards turned the game as Barmouth cruised to 4-0.
Llanfairpwll never gave up, all credit to them and a deserved header to bring the score back to 4-1 from Dan Hughes better reflected the performance of both teams.
