LONDON DOUBLE HEADER 01/09/2012 TAG TOURNAMENT
Dear All,
Saracens are once again able to provide rugby clubswith an opportunity as part of the London Double Header, on Saturday 1st September, to take part in the LDH Festival of Rugby.

With an opportunity for ages U8 & U9 (2012-13 Season)to take part in a Tag Festival, with the possibility of playing on the Twickenham pitch at half time of one of the games, what better way to start the first weekend of the rugby season alongside witnessing two Aviva Premiership matches at Twickenham.
Description: U8 & U9 Tag Festival
Date: Saturday 1st September 2010
Venue: Old Deer Park - Richmond
Team Entry (12 Juniors & 2 Adult perTeam)
Time: 10:00 – 13:00*
NB. There are only 12 spaces for Playersfrom the U9's,so first come first served will get into the Squad for the tournament (Fairest Method I Think).
I am also organising a 50+ Seater coachfor the day to take Players & Parents to Richmond, Twickenham and returnto Barnet. The cost will be dependant on numbers attending but I anticipate that it will be around £10.00 per person for the Coach. Parents will need to purchase an ADULT LDH Twickenham Tkt @ £22.50 each, and a JUNIOR LDH Tkt @ £10.00 each.

Player or Junior LDH Tkt £10.00
Adult LDH Tkt £22.50
Adult Coach Tkt £10.00 (Est)
Junior Coach Tkt £10.00 (Est)
:- 1 adult + 1 Junior = £52.50 for Coach Journey to,Richmond Tournament (am), then onto Twickenham Double Header (pm), returnto Barnet arriving 19.30ish.
NB. Additional Tickets
In terms of additional tickets I need to know before Monday 6th August, for family and friends. Additional tickets are all priced at £22.50 per adult and £10.00 per junior.
Therefore please get back to me ASAP so I can plan for the event.
