Dave Reynolds

The club is sad to announce the passing of Dave Reynolds. Dave joined the club some years ago alongside Steve Hinchcliffe and Gordon Pollard.

Like them, he brought range of knowledge and skills from buildings management. These were soon put to the service of Shaw Lane and the rugby club, when he joined the board.

Later he took on the role of secretary and constantly used his business acumen to serve the interests of club and business. Colleagues comment on his knowledge and skills and he will be missed for all that as well as his jolly and positive support for the lads on the field.

Dave was only 58, and has left us far too soon.
