Introducing our new Membership Secretary

Over the next few months Carmen will be visiting training sessions to collect details of members for the forthcoming season.

This will allow the club to keep the GMS database up to date and better communication to all our members.

Under the Articles of Association, the directors set out the following categories of membership.

• Full Playing Membership £50
• Student Playing Membership (Seniors) £25 (Juniors) £10
• Full Non-Playing Membership £65
• Vice-President £75
• Life Membership
• Barnsley RUFC Supporters Group Ltd Member £12*

* Barnsley RUFC Supporters Group Ltd Member receives no benefits other than bar discount card.

Any application for membership under any one of these categories will be subject to the approval of the Board under article 29.2.2

Club Officials and Coaches
All Club Officials and Coaches must be paid members in one of the above categories.
Club Officials include Team Managers, those with financial responsibilities and those with responsibilities for child safety.
The directors will consider individual cases and decide whether membership is required.
Any individual team or section may not be part of Barnsley RUFC unless the Board agrees that these conditions have been met. This means that teams will not be permitted to play if they are not part of Barnsley RUFC.
