What a super night last night, hope you all had loads of fun!
Firstly a huge huge thank you for the flowers, I was all embarrassed but very touched.
Thank you all for your generosity and contributions to the collection.
We are so lucky to have such a great group of coaches, parents and kids and it's been a fantastic season. You are all stars!
We are home to Berry Hill tomorrow KO 10.30 .... Hope to see you there!
rightio team tours next weekend 5th and 6th of May.
This will be a massive festival and we are allocated space on the FOOTBALL pitch at Ammies. Teams playing in the under 11's pools are from Sarfend, Warlingham, Bank of England, Chippenham, Woodford, Longlevens, and Esher...
Our first kick off is at 10am so we need to get to the club for about 9.30 for a warm up. It's going to be manic with 34 buses dropping off so understandably NO parking at the club. We should be finished at around 2.30.
Whilst the weekend is organised by Team Tours , trying to get the festival running like clockwork is going to need some help...
Here is a list of jobs, if you could sign up for a 1/2 hr stint, that would be amazing.
Car Parking
Barbecue
Tuck Shop
Cake Stall
Tea and Coffee Stall
Raffle Ticket selling
but there are also jobs in litter picking, clearing rubbish, emptying rubbish bins and clearing up equipment at the end of each day with a huge clear up and knock down needed on Sunday so there are plenty of options for people to choose where they want to help. Older brothers and sisters are also great for things like the Tuck Shop and Cake Stall.
Donations of cakes and raffle prizes with all the proceeds from the weekend supporting BRFC would all be much appreciated..
