aces dominated first 15 mins with numerous chances to take the lead but good saves from diamonds keeper kept it level diamonds found their feet and had a couple of chances and two outsanding saves from joe horton kept it level then a freak goal from halfway line caught joe horton off guard and gave diamonds the lead against the run of play aces continued to compete and did not let their heads go down diamonds came out stronger second half but the aces competed and dominated the last 15 mins and only rugged defence and a little bit of lady luck kept the aces from scoring we competed at all levels and were no means outplayed by the unbeaten established diamonds aces have found their shape now and can only get better well done the aces so unlucky keep your heads up (special mention to ellis rea who found his form and gained our man of the match well done ellis keep it up )A DRAW WOULD HAVE BEEN A FAIR REFLECTION OF THE GAME OVERALL AND THE DIAMONDS WONT HAVE MANY GAMES AS TOUGH AS THE ONE WE GAVE THEM WELL DONE DIAMONDS HOPE YOU STAY UNBEATEN ALL SEASON CANT SEE ANY ONE TO BEAT YOU .
