Bardon clash falls victim of the weather
Barrow Town's trip to Bardon Hill this weekend in the EMCL has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.
With no prospect of the weather improving in the next 24 hours and with three games at Bardon Close having already been postponed this week, the EMCL took the sensible step of allowing clubs to call off games this evening.
The chances of any games in the local area this weekend looks relatively bleak, with Leicestershire and Rutland FA having already called off all of Sundays scheduled County Cup ties.
The Riversiders return to action, weather permitting, next Saturday away at Ibstock United (3pm KO).
