Manager working hard to recruit a striker who can "liven up the front line."

"We've just said in the changing rooms that, you know, we're 16th," Ginnelly said. "It's a false position for us, I think, because we've got some great players in there. We've got some fantastic experience and some good young kids around us. We've got the full blend of what we need, but we're just not finding the three points.

"I'm hoping that we go on a 'Barwell run' and win 4, 5, 6 games on the trot and find ourselves competing for it. It's a tough old league, this is."

"I think it's screaming that we still need a centre forward," the manager explains. "Somebody that's going to come in and liven the forward line up. We've got Callum Ball, we've got Matt Stenson and Ryan Baldwin but that's about all we've got. Brady Hickey, the floater, as well.

"We haven't got enough to win games. I've said in my interviews that the back four are doing well, the midfield are working tirelessly but we just don't have a threat up front. We need that striker that just has two touches and puts one in. I'm going to have a look.

"I tried to sign one last week," Jimmy admits. "Unfortunately, a club two levels below us offered him more money. I try not to spend too much of the chairman's money if I don't need to. What I mean by that is: I try to put a price on people's heads. If I can't pay that value then I'll look for somebody else. So we've probably got to look for somebody else at the minute. "
