Reserves win Kirkland Cup

Last Saturday's friendly match at Barlestone St. Giles saw the award of the Kirkland Cup for the first time.

Two goals from Nicholas Moore were enough to bag the silverware as the Reserves ran out 2-1 winners.

The Kirkland Cup was donated by relatives of Chris Kirkland's grandfather and Barwell were invited to play for the Cup as a result of Barwell FC's connection with the Kirkland Family.
