Craig Stanley expects to see a much improved Barwell performance at Halesowen Town on Saturday, following Tuesday's defeat against Frickley Athletic.
The newly formed centre-half felt a couple of defensive errors proved costly in the midweek match, which ended the Canaries' seven-match unbeaten run.
With the Yeltz hovering not too far above the relegation zone- just like previous opponents Frickley- Stanley is aware of the threat the hosts are likely to cause.
Speaking after the match on Tuesday, he said: "It'll be another tough game because Halesowen are another team fighting for their lives.
"We've got to go there on Saturday and perform much better than we have tonight.
"It's important we start to cut out the silly goals we're beginning to concede at the moment.
"The main thing is to aim to get back to winning ways, especially at this time in the season".
