BaBa's hit new highs online, to match the on-pitch successes
Excluding the figures from the day the club website was launched, Monday 14th May saw a new record high number of website visitors and page views.
On a weekend of exhilarating highs on and off the pitch, with the boys victorious in the Cup Final on Sunday, and with the subsequent celebrations running deep into Monday, there were also some other highs to report.
In the 24 hours after the Cup was won, 64 different IP addresses visited our site, and these people looked at a total of 359 pages of information, match reports, photographs, videos, statistics and standings.
Tuesday saw huge numbers too, with more people visiting to read the match report from Sunday's victory. 43 people visited, taking in almost 150 different pages.
Traffic to the site is driven through links on the BaBa Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/basildonbarbariansfc), and the official Basildon Barbarian Twitter feed @basildonbarbari and also from some of our players who are also on twitter, but the majority of the people who visit the site and read the news stories and view the pictures are you, the BaBa fans.
Without your support, the club would not be what it is today. For a (now promoted) Division 4 club, we are a rare breed that can count on such fantastic turnouts each and every week, come rain or shine. Thank you for following the club home and away this season, and we are all proud to be able to bring the League and Cup trophies to this weekend's presentation evening, as 2011/12 Double Champions.
