The arrangements are that we will need the room from 1pm on the day with a 2pm start for the press conference.
I would envisage the press conference and any aftermath taking little more than an hour – but if we look at being out of your hair by 3.30 that should suffice.
Hope this is OK.
Regarding numbers I would envisage there being around 20 people present with a maximum of 30. I will try to give you a more accurate figure nearer the time.
