Walking Football, Get Inspired, Get Healthy, Have Fun.
Last week Andy Grason in an hour of Walking Football measured over 5000 steps on his pedometer. the daily target is 10000 steps.
If you are looking to get fitter or just want to get of the couch, come on down and feel the benefit of Walking Football. We will be having taster sessions over the next few Saturdays at West Mills (next to John Cottons Huddersfield Rd) @11am.
