My first task is to compile a full list of jobs that need doing in the buildings and at the ground. You can help me here. I have a comprehensive list already covering the following areas -

repairs to car park and road surfaces,
rubbish disposal,
fence repairs,
treating benches,
pitch repairs to bare areas, cleaning,
painting,
etc

However, if there are specific issues that you feel need addressing please drop me an email and I will add them to the list.

I plan to divide the jobs into those that we can do ourselves and those that we need to pay for.

I will write to you later about how I would like to set up short time slots for people to come to the Club and help - much of the work needed we can do ourselves.

The outside work will be prioritised and carried out when there is a surplus over the day to day running costs.

For your information we are currently obtaining quotes to improve the car park and road surfaces.
