Womens Rugby Pitch Up & Play - Sunday 20th March 2016
On Sunday 20th March 2016, Beccehamian RFC are delighted to be be hosting the latest Womens "Pitch Up & Play" event to take place in Kent.
What is a Pitch Up & Play?
“Pitch up and Play” rugby taster sessions are specifically tailored to introduce women to the basics of rugby. These sessions are a light-hearted, fun-packed, commitment-free way of trying the sport for the first time plus it’s totally free. Coaches will teach you the basics of the game – passing, kicking and, yes, a little bit of tackling too. Come on your own or with your friends (women and girls only!). Dress for the gym. The day will consist of fun coaching sessions followed by games.
Who can come?[/b]
For Girls aged 11-18. It is free to attend, and you don’t have to have any experience of playing rugby, just be ready to have some serious fun!
