The Executive of Beccehamian RFC hereby give formal notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at Sparrow's Den, Thursday 21st June 2012 at 8.00pm

Everyone is welcome to attend, however only members may vote, propose or second on any motions.

There are still some positions/roles within the Executive which need to be filled for the new season. Anyone interested should contact Rob Keate or Nick Brooks and/or see the Nomination Form that is displayed on the Noticeboard in the Members Bar.

The meeting is a good opportunity to voice how the membership thinks the club is being run, coupled with a chance to catch up over a beer or three.
