Club members can apply for World Cup 2015 tickets through Beccles RUFC. DEADLINE EXTENDED TO MAY 26TH.

Rugby World Cup September/October 2015
Dear Club Member
Although RWC 2015 is over a year away England Rugby 2015 (ER 2015) have released a number of tickets to be sold to the ‘Rugby Community’ before tickets go on general sale in September. This is to reward loyal supporters who take part in their local club week in and week out.
However, the process is different to the normal process for getting International Tickets through the club.
The Process
1) Tickets can only be purchased ONLINE by members who are full current Club Members. Members have to have been registered with the club throughout this season, have paid their subscriptions and be over 16 years old.
2) Members must have completed the attached form and forwarded it, via post or email, to reach the Club Secretary, Keith Johnstone, by the 4th of May. Print the form and fill in, including signature and then either post or scan and email.
3) Members can apply for up to four tickets per game and take friends and relatives with them. Tickets cannot be used as part of hospitality, fundraising or commercial programmes as they are intended for use by the Rugby Community.
4) If demand exceeds the allocation for any particular Twickenham game (excluding the semi-finals and final) there will be a ballot. In the case of a ballot members will only be able to purchase tickets on a two tickets per member basis.
5) For the semi-finals and final it is expected that demand will exceed supply. For these games a sub-committee, consisting of the President, Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary, will decide the allocation on a two ticket per member basis. In accordance with the guidance provided by ER 2015 these members will be selected by the sub-committee in a fair and transparent manner. Factors taken into account will include: length of membership, service to the club and previous frequency of ticket applications.
6) In all cases if a member is successful in applying for an allocation of tickets the Secretary will enter the member’s details and allocation onto the ER 2015 website. This will take place in early May. The club will then be allocated a code which each member must use when applying online. Once a member’s details are entered they will receive an automated email inviting them to register on the website ahead of tickets going on sale on 16th May 2014. Priority tickets will remain on sale until 30th June 2014 on a first come-first served basis.
7) It is the responsibility of the member to purchase the ticket, NOT the club.
8) Members must not breach any of the sale terms (these will be provided to members purchasing tickets and refer to rules in place to avoid ticket touting).
All fixtures and prices can be found at:

The club has been allocated a very small number of tickets for the Twickenham matches, as low as single figures in some cases. For the non-Twickenham games the club has a priority allocation of 200 tickets over the 38 games.
There are four price bands for all matches with Category A being the most expensive and Category D the cheapest. We do not have a specific allocation for each price of ticket, we just have a number allocation which is regardless of ticket price.
When you complete the attached application form you need to indicate which game you would like to attend and confirm you are willing to pay the Category A price for the game for all your tickets. For example; if you and your family would like to go to the England v Wales pool game on 26th September 2015 you would enter: England v Wales, date 26th September, 4 tickets, and total price of £1260. You then need to sign to confirm you are willing to pay that amount.
Although you may not have to pay this much these tickets may be the only tickets left when you logon. It is therefore important that you confirm you are willing to pay for the Category A tickets so we can make best use of our limited number of tickets.
You will hopefully find tickets in a lower price category but we must ensure we are able to use our total allocation – especially for the Twickenham games. We therefore recommend you mark 16th May 2014 in your diaries/planners/computers/smartphones and logon as soon as possible. It is down to you, NOT the club or the Secretary.
In signing the application form you will also be accepting all terms and conditions of ER2015 and provide permission for the club to give your details to ER2015 and for ER2015 to store and use such information regarding ticket allocations. Members are reminded that all tickets are for personal use, non-transferable and must not be offered, sold, exposed or made available for sale, or transferred or otherwise disposed. Needless to say, if any of the tickets fall into the wrong hands the club will be severely sanctioned.
Finally, please note that if you are allocated tickets by the club this will not stop you buying more when tickets go on general sale in the public ballot.
If you have any questions please email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Yours Sincerely
Keith Johnstone
Beccles RUFC Secretary
