With the Christmas season out of the way and the unfortunately unsuccessful Ashes test series from an English point of view having wet our appetites for cricket, we are pleased to announce winter nets will soon be upon us.

Senior Nets will begin on Sunday the 4th of February ( 6pm - 8pm ) and run every Sunday through until April the 8th. These will take place within the main hall at Beccles Sports Centre.

Pre-season Junior cricket coaching starts on Friday the 2nd March 2018 for school years 4 to 10. Running for 6 weeks ending on Friday 6th April and including Good Friday.

As with past seasons the sessions will be split between the Sir John Leman High School gym and from 5pm - 6pm then the sports centre from 6pm - 7pm.

Space in the school gym is limited so school years 4 - 7 will start at 5pm with soft ball activities before moving to the sports centre at 6pm for hard ball coaching joined by school years 8 - 1.

A small fee of £2 is required for each session.

All junior age groups will train outdoors on Wednesdays. School years 5 - 10 starting on Wednesday the 11th of April with league games starting the week commencing Monday the 30th of April.

Kwik Cricket starts on Wednesday the 9th of May.
